Export Delivery Terms

At the discretion of the Purchaser, the optimum shipment (order) can be delivered by air, road, railway or sea.
Europallets for sea and road transportation can be of two types:
1.20 m*1.00 m (which is more optimum)
1.20 m*0.80 m
The air transportation pallet has the same dimensions but is 0.80 m high, provided that the weight is 500 kg to 1,000 kg. If the weight is over 1,000 kg the pallet shall be 2.40 m high.
Below comes an example of shipment procedure for one Europallet with our products.
Typically, the products are packaged in cartons of different configurations.
The dimensions of a standard carton are as follows:
height 250 mm, width 350 mm, length 500 mm
An approximate optimum quantity of our products we can deliver on one Europallet is, for instance:
1.4 litre souvenir keg for liquids for human consumption (wine, cognac, whisky, etc.): 6 pieces per carton, about 24 cartons per pallet. Total number of items: 144 ea.
1.0 litre souvenir keg for liquids for human consumption (wine, cognac, whisky, etc.): 6 pieces per carton, about 24 cartons per pallet. Total number of items: 144 ea.
0.7 litre souvenir goblet (beer mug): 8 pieces per carton, about 24 cartons per pallet. Total number of items: 192 ea.
3.0 litre souvenir keg for foodstuffs (honey, caviar, etc.): 2 pieces per carton, about 24 cartons per pallet. Total number of items: 48 ea.
1.0 litre souvenir keg for foodstuffs (honey, caviar, etc.): 6 pieces per carton, about 24 cartons per pallet. Total number of items: 144 ea.
0.5 litre souvenir keg for foodstuffs (honey, caviar, etc.): 9 pieces per carton, about 24 cartons per pallet. Total number of items: 216 ea.

We deliver both one kind of products and a combination of two or three different kinds. The shipment quantity, type of package and delivery dates are to be negotiated.

In case of entering into a foreign economic agreement, the following documentation shall accompany a shipment:
Invoice
CT-1 certificate of origin (at the Purchaser’s request)
UkrSEPRO (Ukraine’s national standard) certificate of conformity for glass receptacle in case of purchase of a keg with a glass receptacle inside
Health certificate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health for glass receptacles
Health certificate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health for souvenir wooden products
TIR waybill

The accompanying documents shall contain a note of environmental and radioactive safety of commodity
Quality specification
Copy of contract
Copy of contract entered into with carrier
